A few weeks ago we took family pics. We found a church, met up with our friends the Players, and snapped away. Here are the family pics, including baby Lake, who is 4 and a half months old.
Jeff was thrilled to be taking pictures... |
When I stand with such poor posture like this, you can tell I am pregnant. |
Jeff and Vincent: Buddies :) |
Practice for Jeff... I think he looks so natural. Crazy. |
Great pic of Jeff, what's up with my neck? This goes for like the next 5 pictures. |
I changed the color on this one. I am so proud. It turned out nice, don't you think? |
Life:
Due June 7th. Oh ya, I'm pregnant. Crazy/scary/fun. I am currently 20 weeks. I go in for an ultra sound tomorrow to find out the gender. It is also my birthday tomorrow! 25... yikes. Such an adult. After the ultra sound we are going to the Shady Maple Smorgasbord in Amish country. I get to eat free because it is my birthday, which is nice, because it is $20 a person. I love it there, worth the hour plus drive to get there. Then later on, my friend Sally is making me a birthday cake/gender reveal cake. The reveal will be for our Philly friends since Jeff and I will find out at the doctor's appointment. I want a girl. Jeff wants a boy. Not sure if we are having the baby here or in Cali.
It has been extremely cold here; we are currently experiencing a "Polar Vortex." Basically, all you do is freeze. I didn't go home for a month in December, so I am sure that has something to do with this winter feeling extra cold and long. But, that all changes: I am going home next week! Wahoo (as my mom would say).
I have had a negative attitude towards Philly for these past few weeks, lately everything Philly irritates me. I guess I should stop. Oh ya, our neighbors got arrested for running some national meth club or whatever. It was scary. With that being said, I am so happy to be going to Denver for our next school. The only downside is, its winters. But, whadya gonna do?
I am currently listening to songs that cheer me up. I tried dancing around, but got a side ache. I guess that means I truly am pregnant.
Upcoming events:
Jan- Trip back home
March- Mom, Aiden, and Mason come visit
May 16th- graduation day!

I am hoping my grandma, my aunt and uncle, and Jeff's parents come out to visit us too. Visitors make life go so much faster.
Congrats girl! You've got lots of excitement ahead!
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are great! I love your little bump :) And that's crazy about your neighbors. At least in Colorado people are only smoking marijuana!
